Working with The Family Business Resource Centre - Stage 1
'If you've seen one family business..., you've seen one family business.'
It's an often repeated statement, but each family business is truely unique. The way that your family business operates will not be the same as the business next door. As a result there is no magic formula or single answer that will solve all problems.
There is however a process that can be used to ensure that all points of view are considered and that all issues are addressed in a logical and considered manner. The starting point is the 1st Stage of our process.

There is however a process that can be used to ensure that all points of view are considered and that all issues are addressed in a logical and considered manner. The starting point is the 1st Stage of our process.
It involves -
- an initial meeting to introduce us to your family and at which we provide an overview of what is to come
- a series of one on one interviews where we start to understand each relevent family member, and what they believe are the key issues that the family must address
- a facilitated family meeting at which you have the opportunity to put your issues forward
- prioritisation of those issues so that we can decide the way forward
