Resisting change is like holding your breath
As a species we seem to have been designed to stick with the status quo. However we live in a time when change is happening so fast that it makes the head spin. Both at work and in our personal lives, change is difficult. In fact research by Dr Chris Mason as part of his PhD thesis found that only 30% of change initiatives succeed.
I believe that if we can figure out what's stopping us from succeeding in our own heads we can make it easier to implement both business and personal change.
